Job Description

As an IT Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Define and implement the company's IT strategy aligned with business and digital goals.
  • Lead a team of 10+ IT professionals across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP, and data analytics.
  • Drive transformation projects including ERP implementation and shop-floor data tools.
  • Ensure robust system security, disaster recovery planning, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives directly support business growth.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Director should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
  • Superior technological skills, with an emphasis on strategic planning and business development.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of advanced technological systems used in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
