Job Description

As a Digital Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing digital projects within the organization.
  • Lead digital technology strategy, ensuring alignment with regional and global initiatives.
  • Upskill teams on digital best practices, technology trends, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Drive digital transformation by enhancing visibility into digital analytics and measuring value generation.
  • Develop and execute digital roadmaps, ensuring impactful and sustainable digital initiatives.
  • Advise commercial and medical teams on digital strategies to improve engagement with HCPs and patients.
  • Foster strong partnerships with digital vendors, innovation networks, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure high business satisfaction with digital solutions through continuous engagement and feedback.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong understanding of external customer journeys.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, with strong business acumen.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive digital adoption across teams.
  • Preferred Skills (Big Plus).
  • SQL expertise with relational databases for business insights.
