As the Head of Digital Transformation you will be responsible for the following:
  • Leading the Digital Transformation Journey of a leading FMCG
  • Fast-track of moving to be a Board Member

Job Description

  • Doing gap analysis on the current situation of the company
  • Leading the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives on an organisational level.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies for innovation.
  • Understanding the digital transformation strategy, facilitating adoption of cloud vision and innovative technologies in driving business goals.
  • Managing the project budget, delivery and SLAs to to develop POC and production ready solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years leading digital transformation for an MNC (7000+ employees)
  • Experience in developing strategies, setting up and executing transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion
  • Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment where needs and priorities can change with tight deadline.
