Job Description

  • Collaborate with key departments to optimize internal systems and infrastructure
  • Utilize data analytics to assess workflows and propose process improvements
  • Drive digital project execution, monitor KPIs, and address performance issues
  • Introduce scalable tech solutions and ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Supervise a cross-functional team (applications, systems, and CI)
  • Regularly explore and propose new digital tools and innovations

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong recoed in a managerial role overseeing tech or transformation initiatives
  • Strong grasp of ERP systems, Power BI, Excel used in manufacturing
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence across departments in a matrix environment
