Our client is a leading global manufacturer, producing electrical and motion parts.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage daily procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
  • Execute strategies for new and second source supplier initiatives, including supplier qualification and work transfer management.
  • Monitor supplier contract execution and drive purchase orders to meet quality, quantity, and price requirements.
  • Lead site strategy and deflation plans, optimizing inventory using advanced tools.
  • Supervise and coach the procurement team, fostering professional and ethical standards.
  • Report directly to Division Sourcing and Procurement Manager and will supervise the Sourcing Specialist and Buyer team members.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

  • A degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in procurement in well-established manufacturing environment
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software and systems.
  • The ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
