We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and enhance training programs across our Vietnam operations. This role will collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to develop impactful learning solutions, supporting both professional and operational excellence.

Job Description



  • Develop and execute a learning and development strategy aligned with business goals.


  • Conduct learning needs assessments across all business units to identify skill gaps.


  • Design and deliver training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance, and technical skills training.


  • Implement blended learning approaches, such as e-learning, coaching, and hands-on workshops.


  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality training content.


  • Manage learning technology platforms and track program effectiveness.


  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven training initiatives.


  • Ensure training programs comply with local labor laws and industry regulations



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).


  • Exposure in learning and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.


  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.


  • Background managing training programs across multiple locations.


  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
