Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead a new scrum team, ensuring optimal workflow and delivery. You will set the pace for delivery, plan and forecast upcoming deliverables, and influence the delivery approach using your skills and knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Project Manager should have:

  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills with at least 2+ years of recent experience as a Scrum Master/ Technical Project Manager
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentorship abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Enthusiasm and high energy to motivate the delivery team.
  • Experience in continuous delivery and managing technical debt.
  • Previous experience leading small teams while being hands-on.
  • Knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas:
    • Mobile: iOS or Android
    • Web: HTML5, CSS3, Angular JS, Javascript
    • Microsoft .Net (C#, ASP, Framework), SQL Server
    • Quality Assurance, Automation Testing
    • Web Security, OWASP
    • Java, Oracle
    • DevOps, Continuous Delivery
