We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Product Development Liaison Manager to bridge our client's operations between Vietnam and the United States. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication and efficient product development processes across international teams and manufacturing partners.

About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading furniture retailers in US and sourcing organisation in Vietnam

Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based designers and buyers;

- Facilitate clear communication and clarification of project details;

- Ensure all project requirements are accurately understood and conveyed;

- Collaborate closely with our PD designer and CAD team in Vietnam;

- Drive project momentum and ensure timely progress on all initiatives;

- Coordinate resources and information flow between US and Vietnam teams;

- Oversee relationships with direct project factories in Vietnam;

- Monitor and maintain factory schedules throughout the PD process;

- Troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to project time lines;

- Attend furniture markets with buyers in Vietnam and US to stay current on industry trends and client needs;

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ year experience working in the furniture businesses, preferably with US-based counterparts;

- Excellent understanding of the taste of the American customers and relevant trends;

- Experience in product development management within the furniture industry;

- Excellent English speaking skills;

- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different time zones;

- Ability to work independently and to be a self-organiser;

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;

- Willingness to travel internationally;
