Job Description

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing insights and HR solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring excellence across all HR functions.



People & Culture

  • Drive a strong company culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across the organization.



HR Management

  • Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Adapt HR policies and practices to fit different regional and cultural needs.
  • Partner with country HR teams to create scalable HR solutions for international growth.



Talent & Performance

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Drive performance management processes to ensure a high-performance culture.



HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor laws in various regions.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation.

The Successful Applicant

  • HR leadership roles, ideally with regional exposure and greenfield set-up experience
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing, labor intensive environment would be preferrable
  • Proficient knowledge of business partnering, leadership, and workforce planning
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
