This role is for an Office In Charge position, requiring expertise in Accounting & Finance within the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations and managing a team to ensure smooth and efficient business procedures.

Job Description

  • Lead all business service functions, with a strong focus on finance operations, process efficiency, and governance.
  • Define and implement strategic roadmaps to scale service capabilities and enhance service quality.
  • Drive transformation initiatives including automation, standardization, and digital adoption.
  • Build strong partnerships with country stakeholders and global teams to align on priorities and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development across the center.



The Successful Applicant

  • Undergraduate Degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
  • 5-8 years in accounting or reporting related function for multi-national companies
  • 5 years of regional or local service delivery center experience preferred
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment with a diverse workforce
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
