Job Description



  • Lead, hire, develop, and coach a team of 5 direct reports to achieve district targets.


  • Develop and execute district sales plans aligned with division-wide objectives.


  • Maximize productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the district.


  • Collaborate with service and sales teams to retain and grow the customer base.


  • Provide associates with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.


  • Manage a portfolio of Food & Beverage accounts and distributor relationships.


  • Deliver proactive, personalized, and reliable service solutions to clients.


  • Work closely with Key Corporate Accounts to drive business development strategies.


  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a positive, safety-first culture.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Food or Agricultural Science, Technical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.


  • 5-10 years' experience in the food, beverage, or dairy processing/manufacturing sector, or 5 years' experience in technical sales within manufacturing environments.


  • Proven leadership experience managing, training, and developing teams.
